MEPS ATM network goes 24/7

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Electronic Payment System (1997) Sdn Bhd announced that the MEPS ATM network is now operating 24 hours daily for seven of its bank members.

These are Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, Bank Rakyat, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank and RHB Bank.

The remaining member banks in the network - Agro Bank (formerly known as Bank Pertanian), Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, EON Bank, Maybank and Public Bank, are scheduled to extend their interbank operating hours by the end of this year.

“Till then, customers of these banks are able to use the interbank ATM services from 4am to 12 midnight daily,” MEPS said in a statement.
