The StarBiz-ICR Malaysia Corporate Responsibility Awards focus on assessing all the elements which make up how a company conducts its business.
The Awards provide a systematic approach to evaluating the performance of Malaysian companies, and takes into consideration issues of governance and ethics. They also adhere to the ‘Triple Bottom Line’ approach, which expands the traditional reporting framework to take into account environmental and social performance as well as financial performance.
This initiative is the result of a partnership between The Star and Institute of Corporate Responsibility (ICR) Malaysia, together with its working partners, ACCA, PricewaterhouseCoopers and SIDC.
