HARRISBURG, Pa (Reuters) - A Pennsylvania judge ruled on Wednesday that former professional wrestler Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka was mentally incompetent to stand trial for murder in the 1983 death of his girlfriend in Allentown, his lawyer said.
Snuka, 73, was ordered by Lehigh County Common Pleas Judge Kelly Banach to return in December for re-evaluation of his competency, Robert Kirwan II, the ex-wrestler's lawyer, said.
