(Reuters) - Spaniard Garbine Muguruza withdraw from the Italian Open semi-finals with a neck injury on Saturday, eight days before she is due to start the defence of her French Open title at Roland Garros.
The retirement meant Ukraine's Elina Svitolina will play in Sunday's final against Romania's sixth seed Simona Halep.
