FORMER squash player and world No. 7 Ong Beng Hee, who is now the Qatar Squash Federation director of coaching, returned home with two of his charges for the Asian Individual Championships last month. StarSport’s JOASH EE DE SILVA caught up with the Penangite.

Q: How has it been serving as the coaching director in Qatar?A: It’s been almost two years and things are going very well. I’m not just in charge of the coaching programmes but also organising a lot of local and PSA tournaments. This year we will be hosting the Men’s World Championships which will take place in Doha from Oct 31-Nov 8.
