PETALING JAYA: Malaysia rode on the strength of their singles players to carry them to their second South-East Asian Squash Champion­ships title in Kuching.

And it was left to 16-year-old Ooi Kah Yan, a last-minute replacement for world No. 48 S. Sivasangari, who delivered winning point as Malaysia beat Singapore 4-2 in the final of the SEA Cup at the Sarawak Squash Centre yesterday.
