PETALING JAYA: American Amanda Sobhy extended her hot streak to check into the semi-finals of the Cleveland Classic squash championship.

The 22-year-old, a surprise runner-up at last month’s Tournament of Champions (TOC) in New York, whipped India’s Dipika Pallikal 11-6, 11-7, 11-8 at the Cleveland Racquet Club on Sunday to set up a last-four clash with second seed Alison Waters of England.
