Holding Court: Sports science is the way to go

BY THE time this article is pulished, I will be in Incheon, South Korea, competing in my fourth – and probably final – Asian Games.

It’s amazing how time has flown. It’s nostalgic and ironic that my last Asiad campaign will be in the same country where I had my first taste of the Asian Games – in Busan in 2002.
