LONDON (Reuters) - George North should not have been allowed to resume playing for Northampton after suffering a head injury against Leicester, an RFU panel ruled on Wednesday, but no action will be taken against his club.

Television pictures appeared to show the Wales winger being knocked unconscious after landing on his head following a tackle in the Premiership match on Dec. 3.
