KUALA LUMPUR: The sport fraternity mourned the passing of 81-year-old Tan Sri Elyas Omar at the National Heart Institute at about 7.15pm yesterday.
He was the Badminton Association Malaysia (BAM) president from 1985-1993 and without a doubt the most successful one.
