DEFENDING champion Thor Chuan Leong (pic) has been given the top seeding for the singles event at the SEA Games.
In the draw conducted at Wisma OCM yesterday, Chuan Leong, who beat Hlet Ko of Myanmar in the final at the 2015 Singapore Games, will begin his campaign against Thailand’s Phaitoon Phonbun.
