LONDON (Reuters) - The developers of a proposed circuit in South Wales with a contract to host a MotoGP race suffered a major blow on Tuesday when the Welsh government ruled out underwriting half of the costs.
The as-yet unbuilt Circuit of Wales, in a deprived area near Ebbw Vale, had sought the government guarantee for a loan facility of 210 million pounds from Aviva Investors.
