KUALA LUMPUR: National karate ace Syakilla Salni Jefry Krisnan (pic) is still in high spirits despite nursing a right elbow injury that will see her sidelined until at least April.
Syakilla, the world No. 2 for women's kumite below 55kg, underwent surgery last week and it will take another 12 weeks for her to be completely healed.
