Seven-month training helps Malaysia bag the world calisthenics title

SEPANG: Seven months of intensive training paid off for the Malaysian team when they swept the Calisthenics World Cup 2016 championships in Bahrain.

Siblings Zulhilmi Nadzeri, 25, and Zulfadli, 20, and their friends – Shahrul Aizat Jasri, 20, Sheikh Amirul Adli Sheikh Gadaffi, 18, and Engku Mohamad Ikhwan Engku Shamsul, 18 – defeated 10 teams to the title.
