KUALA LUMPUR: No one batted an eyelid when shuttler Lee Chong Wei and the dynamic diving duo of Pandelela Rinong-Cheong Jun Hoong were named as the male and female recipients of the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) Coca-Cola Olympian of the Year award.
They were outstanding at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in August and were chosen for the awards by the OCM board, led by chairman Tunku Tan Sri Imran Tuanku Ja’afar on Wednesday.
