NEW YORK (Reuters) - Ireland's featherweight champion Conor McGregor will get thechance to become the first fighter to hold two UFC belts at the same time when he takes on Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title in Madison Square Gardens on Nov. 12.
The fight, which will be the main event on the card of the first UFC event in the city in almost 20 years, was announced by UFC president Dana White on Monday night.
