LANGKAWI: Debutants Alive captured the Royal Langkawi International Regatta (RLIR) 2016’s Prime Minister Challenge Trophy without hoisting a sail on the final day of the competition.
After an intense build-up in the first four days of the event, the 14th edition of the RLIR ended on a whimper after all the races were called off due to unfavourable wind condition.
