Gymnast Shasangari finished 25th in World Cup meet

PETALING JAYA: Singapore SEA Games-bound rhythmic gymnast N. Shasangari Sivaneswary put up a commendable performance in the fourth leg of the World Cup in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The 16-year-old was the best-placed South East Asian competitor, finishing 25th with a 61.560 total in the individual all-around finals last week. It was Shasangari’s first appearance in the World Cup.
