Natasha five shots behind first-round leaders


PETALING JAYA: Rising golf star Natasha Andrea Oon dug deep for a two-over 73 to stay in contention at the inaugural Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Championship in Singapore.

The 16-year-old was tied for ninth spot at a one-under 141 total after two rounds – five shots at the back of joint leaders Jeong Yun-ji of South Korea and Atthaya Thitikul of Thailand.
