Wiesberger confirms entry for this season’s Omega European Masters


The Omega European Masters is among the favourites of the players on Tour.

Bernd Wiesberger of Austria will return to one of his favourite hunting grounds for his sixth appearance in the Omega European Masters held in Crans Montana this September.

The 31-year-old Wiesberger, who became the first man to sink nine consecutive birdies on the Asian Tour in Malaysia in February, will be challenging for a fifth European Tour victory and a second one this season at the Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club from Sept 7 to 10.
