PETALING JAYA: Ainil Johani Bakar survived a testing day to salvage a one-under 71 in the penultimate round – and stay in contention – in the Hong Kong Ladies Open.
The 27-year-old overnight leader dropped five shots in her opening three holes, but steadied the ship by mixing an eagle and four birdies before stumbling with two more blemishes to finish with a two-day total of six-under 136 at the Hong Kong Golf Club yesterday.
