Nicholas blows chance to win maiden title after late setbacks

PETALING JAYA: Two late bogeys and a missed birdie putt on the 18th has left Malaysian pro Nicholas Fung kicking himself as he ended up joint third in the Yeangder Tournament Players Championship in Taipei.

He looked poised for a maiden breakthrough on the Asian Tour until two bogeys on the 15th and 17th undid all his good work at the Linkou International Golf and Country Club on Sunday.
