(Reuters) - Crystal Palace will not change their style of play despite their dismal start to the Premier League campaign, manager Frank de Boer said as he urged his players to improve their decision-making when they have the ball.

Palace are second bottom of the table after losing their first three league games to Huddersfield Town, Liverpool and Swansea City but De Boer, who joined Palace in June, remains defiant.
