PETALING JAYA: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) goalkeeper Farizal Marlias has had his 12-month ban cut by four months.
On June 9, the AFC disciplinary and ethics committee found Farizal guilty of “violent conduct and bringing the game into disrepute” for shoving referee Fu Ming of China in JDT’s 2-1 loss to Ceres of the Philippines in the AFC Cup Asean zone semi-finals second-leg clash in Bacolod on May 31.
