(Reuters) - Swansea City must treat each of their remaining six Premier League games of the season "like a final" if they are to have any hope of avoiding relegation, midfielder Leroy Fer has said.

Swansea's 1-0 loss at West Ham United on Saturday extended their winless streak to five games and leaves them two points from safety in 18th position.
