Dortmund's Goetze sidelined with 'metabolic disturbances'

(Reuters) - Borussia Dortmund's attacking midfielder Mario Goetze has been ruled out "for the time being" because of what the Bundesliga club have described as "metabolic disturbances".

Germany's World Cup winner has suffered with muscular problems in recent months, prompting a comprehensive internal investigation into the possible causes, the club said on Monday.
