Alaves condemn attacks on Barcelona fans

BARCELONA (Reuters) - La Liga champions Barcelona condemned the crowd trouble that occurred before their game at Alaves on Saturday when a supporter was taken to hospital after around 70 people were involved in violent clashes.

"FC Barcelona regrets and condemns incidents that occurred today in the city of Vitoria before the game against Deportivo Alaves," said a statement from Barca.
