Valencia fined for bottle-throwing incident against Barca

(Reuters) - Valencia have been fined 1,500 euros (1338.54 pound) after a fan threw a bottle at Barcelona's players in Saturday's 3-2 La Liga defeat, the Spanish football federation (RFEF) said on Wednesday.

Lionel Messi scored an added-time penalty to win the game for Barca, whose Brazil forward Neymar was hit by the bottle as the players celebrated the goal.
