SELANGOR kept alive their hopes of qualifying for the knockout stage of the AFC Cup after holding Ceres to a goalless draw in their penultimate Group E match at the Selayang Municipal Council Stadium on Tuesday. The Philippines team have booked their ticket into the knockout stage, leaving Selangor and Tampines Rovers of Selangor to battle it out for the other spot. The Red Giants are in the driver’s seat to qualify for the round of 16 as all they need is a draw against Tampines at the Singapore National Stadium on May 10.
