Women’s football final will be a close affair


PETALING JAYA: The national women’s football final will be a close affair when defending champions Malaysian Indian Sports Council (MISC) take on Sabah for the Tun Sharifah Rodziah Cup at the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Sintok, Kedah on Saturday.

Last year, MISC defeated Sabah 3-2 in a in a nail-biting penalty shootout after both teams were deadlocked 1-1 in regulation time in the final at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) grounds in Bangi.
