Frenz United hope in Asian Champions Trophy in tatters after 3-0 defeat


PETALING JAYA: Frenz United Malaysia’s hopes of making it to the final of the Asian Champions Trophy suffered a massive blow when they went down 3-0 to PVF Vietnam in the semi-final first leg. 

Nguyen Vu Tin was the hero for PVF Vietnam with a hat-trick at the Thong Nhat Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on Sunday. He was on target in the 22nd, 37th and 84th minutes to take his tally to 11 goals in the tournament.
