TERMINILLO, Italy (Reuters) - Nairo Quintana (Movistar) snatched the overall lead in the Tirreno-Adriatico stage race by claiming a textbook win in the fourth stage ending up the Terminillo pass on Saturday.
The Colombian, twice a Tour de France runner-up, stayed quiet in the final ascent until the 2km mark, when his attack left his rivals stuck to the road.
