Harrif crashes out in Stage Two sprint

TAIPING: It was a bad day for Terengganu Cycling as their sprinter Mohd Harrif Salleh was wiped out of contention for the final sprint as he crashed inside the final kilometre in Stage Two of Le Tour de Langkawi (LtdL).

Harrif was in position for the sprint but as the high speed peloton navigated the tricky run-in to the finish on Friday, he was wiped out together with several other sprinters like Andrea Guardini (Astana) and Francesco Chicchi (Yello Fluo).
