A NEW “Girl’s Under-12” category will be introduced at the grand final of this year’s Spalding 3x3 Basketball Challenge to further bolster the development of the sport among budding female basketball players.
Previous legs of the tournament in the Klang Valley featured only a single category for girls (Under-18), but the organisers of the annual basketball tournament W.O.S. World of Sports (M) Sdn Bhd believes younger players deserve a chance to hone their talent on the court too.
