PETALING JAYA: Tun Hakim Tun Hasnul Azam has delivered the first gold medal for Malaysia at the Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championships in Manila by winning the boys' singles competition on Monday (Oct 23).
The 18-year-old did it in style by amassing 1,370 pinfalls over six games to win with a whopping 72-pin margin over second-placed Takumi Hagasaki from Japan (1,298) and third-placed Ahmed Al-Awadhi from Bahrain (1,287).
