PETALING JAYA: Malaysian youngster Rafiq Ismail continued his hot streak, this time finishing top in the first round of the men’s Masters Open final of the Malaysian Open bowling championships.
The 18-year-old blazed lines of 205-234-268-229-203-235-268-257 at the Sunway Megalanes for an eight-game total of 1,899 to lead the top 16 finishers into Thursday’s second round.
