PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian men’s basketball team finally earned a win at the SEABA Stankovic Cup after thrashing Indonesia 74-49 in Bangkok.
Malaysia, under the charge of new national head coach Goh Cheng Huat, had lost their first two matches – 84-108 to the Philippines on Sunday and 66-85 to hosts Thailand on Monday.
