BANGKOK: Host Thailand rode on the strength of their singles players to pull off an amazing show to upset 14-time champions China to reach the final at the Uber Cup Finals.

Spurred on by a vociferous home crowd at Impact Arena, Thailand led by Ratchanok Intanon defeated China 3-2 in the semi-finals to set up a mouth-watering clash against top seeds Japan.
