No regrets: Leong Jun Hao of Serdang BC was pleased despite losing to Hong Kong’s Wei Nan of Puchong United BC in the SS Purple League yesterday.

PETALING JAYA: Youngster Leong Jun Hao will treasure the experience of playing against old-timer Wei Nan of Hong Kong in the SS Purple League.

The 18-year-old lost 11-3, 6-11, 5-11, 5-11 to the world No. 52 in the final men’s singles match between Serdang Badminton Club (Serdang BC) and Puchong United Badminton Club (Puchong United BC) at the Sports Arena Sentosa in Jalan Kelang Lama yesterday.
