PETALING JAYA: Youngster Lee Zii Jia (pic) has proven that he is definitely one for the future after scoring the biggest upset in the men’s singles first round of the Taiwan Open badminton championships.
The 19-year-old, who was judged the fittest national shuttler during a physical test last month, downed world No. 35 and fourth seed Sourabh Verma of India 21-19, 22-20 at the Taipei Arena yesterday.
