PETALING JAYA: Chong Wei Feng’s year went from bad to worse when he failed to make the main draw of the All-England badminton championships.

The SEA Games gold medallist just continued his free-fall following to a tame 10-21, 17-21 to Japan’s Kenta Nishimoto in the qualifying finals in Birmingham on Tuesday.
