KUALA LUMPUR: Badminton doubles star Lee Yong-dae made a smashing debut in the Resorts World Genting Purple League.

The 27-year-old South Korean teamed up with Malaysian Tan Boon Heong to help leaders Muar City to a 12-2 demolition of Nusajaya BC in the 12-team league.
