KUALA LUMPUR: National Sports Institute (NSI) chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Dr Ramlan Abdul Aziz has recommended mixed doubles shuttler Goh Liu Ying to go for surgery.
Dr Ramlan, however, said he would leave it to Liu Ying to make the final decision.
