KUALA LUMPUR: Chilly conditions in France did not stop national triple jumper Muhd Hakimi Ismail from winning a silver medal in the Carquefou International Athletics Championships.
The Perak athlete made a leap of 16.06m but his effort was way off his SEA Games and also national record of 16.77m set at the Kuala Lumpur Games last August.
