PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian women’s 4x100m relay team produced a splendid run to break the six-year-old national record on the way to winning the gold medal at the Singapore Open Athletics Championships.
The quartet of S. Komalam Shally, Siti Fatimah Mohd, Nurul Faizal Azma Mazlan and Zaidatul Husniah Zulkifli clocked a season best 45.32 seconds to finish ahead of two Thai teams at the National Stadium on Saturday.
