KUALA LUMPUR: Manila has been a good hunting ground for teenage sprinter Badrul Hisyam Abdul Manap.

Two years ago, he bagged four gold medals – 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m – in the Under-18 Asean Schools Games in the Philippines capital.
