RESTAURANTS are one of the most frequently visited public places where both smokers and non-smokers are involuntarily exposed to secondhand smoke and the risk of serious adverse health effects.
The new ban on smoking in restaurants is a good move by the Health Ministry. The question I want to raise is how effective will this ban be?
