Appealing for rethink on real property gains tax

I AM almost 60 years old, unmarried, childless, unemployed, not in the best of health, depending on my EPF savings and living with an 85-year-old parent.

I am trying to sell my house in which we have been living for the past 15 years because my savings will soon be depleted and my medical insurance coverage is limited to 60 years of age.
