The business of heavy bags

School Children from Sekolah Kebangsaan Jenis CinaYok Bin at kubu Melaka carrying heavy school bags.

Issuing guidelines on reducing the weight of the school bags without looking into the root causes and taking a firm no-nonsense approach to address this perennial problem serves little purpose.
