Take extra care of our heritage

I VISITED Merdeka Square and the Sultan Abdul Samad building recently with 32 foreign students who were in Malaysia for a two-week exchange programme. The students were from Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.

The students had a great time at both Merdeka Square and the Sultan Abdul Samad building. They were ecstatic over the fact that both places were historical landmarks and they also appreciated the beautiful architecture of the Sultan Abdul Samad building.
